At Fidelia Linguistic Solutions we take special care of our relationship and communication with our customers. To this end, the integration of our computer-assisted translation (CAT) tools in our Internal Management System allows us to guarantee the quality control of our translation orders through the creation and maintenance of customer-specific translation memories, text alignment and the creation of terminology databases.
Also, our customers and language providers can access our CRM INTRANET module using a personal username and password in order to monitor all their activity within our company. In this virtual space our customers and providers can access any information related to their company, such as quotes, project status and billing. This requires a deep understanding of technology applied to companies.
Additionally, through our Internal Management System we meticulously manage the life cycle of the projects corresponding to the language solutions we offer, from the moment in which the customer accepts a quote to the subsequent invoice.
